Leadership Coaching
A Professional Certified Executive Coach with the ICF, I help leaders develop greater capacity for navigating today’s complex business landscapes. I do this by enabling them to have better awareness of themselves and more productive ways of seeing things. The process I use involves looking closely at language, emotions and physiology - all the aspects of what it is to be human. These aspects influence how we are perceived by others and more importantly, how we perceive ourselves, our place in the world and our potential.
I love creating space for people to be fully themselves and talk about what matters deeply to them. I’m not here to tell you what to do, but rather a partner who listens, asks questions, and offers insights and tools that open you to new or different ways of thinking and acting.
With 18 years of corporate retail experience (working at senior line management level in the UK and South Africa) I have insight into the pressures, challenges and opportunities that leaders and team members in demanding work environments face. This understanding together with my extensive coaching and leadership development background gives me the skills to help my clients navigate increasingly complicated work and personal lives. I often think, if only I’d known back then what I've since learned in my coaching career!

One-to-one leadership coaching is focused around your particular needs.
Typically:
8 sessions weekly or every 2 weeks
Online
I work in-person too if you prefer and are based in Cape Town
1 hour, but 45 minute or 1.5 hour sessions are also possible.
Where helpful, I work with assessments such as 360 feedback, the Enneagram, Positive Intelligence and Identity Maturation frameworks. These can be extremely useful in allowing you to gain a more objective view of yourself and can help us know where to focus.
